Your Complete Guide to Cupping, Cooling, and Custom Routines

Facial Cupping Tool

1. Prep

  • Start with a clean, dry face.
  • Apply a few drops of light facial oil to protect the skin and allow smooth gliding.

2. Glide

  • Select the appropriate cup size for the area.
  • Gently squeeze the silicone bulb, place the cup on the skin, then release to create light suction.
  • Glide the cup upward and outward (see Stroke Map). Do not drag the cup or leave it in one spot.
  • To release, squeeze the bulb again and lift gently.

3. Time & Frequency

  • Limit each session to up to 5 minutes. Use 2–3 times per week, allowing at least one rest day between sessions.

Glass Globes

1. Prep

  • Cooling Therapy: Place the globes in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes, or in the freezer for a stronger cooling effect.
  • Warming Therapy: Soak the globes in warm water (approximately 130°F / 55°C) for 2–3 minutes — never boil, microwave, or flame., then dry thoroughly before use.

2. Glide

  • Clean and dry your face. (Optional: Apply a light, water-based lotion or serum for smoother movement.)
  • Gently glide the globes along the face using slow, upward and outward motions.
  • Apply minimal pressure, especially around delicate areas such as the eyes.

3. Time & Frequency

Use for 5–10 minutes per session. Suitable for daily use
