Expected, Temporary Effects

Cupping: You may notice mild redness (erythema), often fades within 30–60 min,

Glass Globes: Cooling sensation, light tightening, or reduced puffiness, often fades within 5–15 min

These are common, temporary effects that may occur when using the tools. They are generally mild and tend to resolve on their own shortly after use.

Adverse Events (To Avoid)

Cupping: Bruising (dark spots), tiny red dots (petechiae), broken capillaries, caused by too much suction or leaving cup in one spot

Glass Globes: Persistent redness (>10 min), numbness, sharp pain, hives (cold urticaria), caused by over-cooling, using directly from freezer, or cold sensitivity.

Stop immediately if any of these occur. Consult a healthcare provider before resuming use.

      • For Hot Therapy place globes in warm water ≤130°F / 55°C for ~2-3 min — never boil, microwave, or flame.
